James Fothergill (Liverpool, U.K.) - advice on value please

Hello all, I have a hand-made, lightweight racer in original condition from the 1950's to 60's. It is in need of restoration but has quality components I believe. I have not been able to find any Fothergill cycles on eBay so am unsure of its value. Can anybody help please?
