James Bond - Quantum of Solace

I watched the original Casino royal the other night, with David Niven, peter sellers, woody Allen, also Ursula Andreas was in it.

Was quite rubbish really, more Austin powers than bond.
I too have my tickets for tomorrow night, can't wait

I saw the Bourne Identi....I mean Bond last night and wasn't hugely impressed. Funniest bond villain with the least ambitious criminal plot ever. if this is what Bond is going to be like then Matt Damon is definitely the best Bond ever, he even speaks more often in his films than Craig does in this one and that's saying something!

If its as shite as the last one, then I wont be bothering again. Craig is an awfull bond imo. Looks like a bouncer in the tux. Bond is supposed to have class ffs!
As for bond chicks, Halle Berry, Dennise Richards and Olga would do for me

come on, casino royale was decent and breathed some new life into the bond franchise.

I didn't think the franchise needed any life breathing into it.

I just don't see him as Bond - he can't do the sophistication or the wit that the role needs. He looks like a villain, or at best an anti-hero like in Layer Cake. Spent too long in the gym as well - previous Bonds have been naturally fit (go to the gym when there are Martinis to be had?) without needing to show off their 6-pack - it is meant to be the Bond girls that walk out of the sea and draw gasps of admiration.

I agree, but am saddened, that Jason Bourne is now more entertaining, credible and watchable.
