Super cool. Loving the low trail forks (good low speed steering) and attention to detail. Imagine what it would cost to get that made and painted now, if you could find someone able to do it?

For future reference, here is a thread showing the bill of sale on the green one from 1987. I wonder if they were made as a his n hers set?

Yes, a very nice JT ATB and I am pretty sure Dr Bond is right in that it's previous owner also owns the green one. I will check on that though as he was riding it in August. Having seen both of them in the flesh, the green one is more a sort of town bike than the obvious ATB style of the red one. I really liked the red one for a few years and always asked if it was ever for sale but it is too big :( Lucky really
Here is Erics red ATB next to my green Super Tourist. Am pretty sure it's the same bike.
