...Been trying to do some 'Save The Date' cards on it (to impress the missus when she gets in) and the most simple amendment has flummoxed me.

I can't change the date format from American to English, now bear in mind this is the first time I've ever used said program and I'm a complete novice, I'd still like to get a basic grasp on it as I think it could be useful in later life (not sure what for but hey!)

I've chnaged the default Date and Time settings but it just keeps reverting back to U.S.

Can anyone help me? no worries if you can't, sorry to bother you.

I don't have a Windows PC here to look at, but it will be something like

Start > Control Panel > Language (something like language, anyway).

Would it be bottom right on the time..right click then follow adjust date time?

No.

It sounds as if its regional settings are wrong. You'll be able to change it through the control panel.
