I'm not going to try to evangelise Merlins to you. I will just step in to make it very clear that I've got an 'old' Merlin - the new ones are just tarted up Litespeeds, which themselves are a fantastic example of marketing over substance, and rich white mens bikes.

Not sure the marketing department has done the brand any favours over the years (Ralph Lauren tie in anybody?) but I'm still loving the ride of my 97 frame.


Interested to see a litespeed frame go through ebay.co.uk for less than one of these old hei heis .....
