I just bought some cranks off that ebay user- should I be worried? (haven't received them yet)

What cranks? not the ones on the bike in the add? I dunno if you should be worried :?

Hi,

The bike has every right to be relisted and sold as it belongs to me, I had been directed to the discussions from several bidders but held off from commenting,
the bike when it was sold to totaltuition was recalled and delivery stopped due to a dispute being opened by the buyer while the bike was in transit and in the process of being delivered within 5 days of purchasing so as I'm sure most would do to protect themselves not to deliver an expensive item without payment the delivery was pulled.

I do not appreciate malicious bidding and childish messages being sent through eBay if I choose to sell my bike via eBay I am entitled to do so the only mistake I made was trying to use discretion in helping a family friend which in hind site was a silly mistake and hazel and her family who asked me to help out the sale don't deserve the scrutiny or the ridicule I have seen on here I helped her to sell and purchased it for myself after her problems as a new seller on eBay and should have made that clear at the time of selling to totaltuition but neglected to do so which I regret, the bike is totally legitimate and I am not trying to sell through the retrobike forum and I would appreciate the fun and games on eBay to stop.

As for people that make a living from fakery and repainting good as they are at what they do questioning top tube decals etc i suggest they look more closely at other examples and keep ridiculous statements to themselves as you know as well as I do the decals are original otherwise it would surely need a repaint which it clearly hasn't had and after owning and enjoying many unrestored kleins I understand enough to know otherwise.
I shall not be posting any further on the matter and have no intentions of reading any further.

Mistakes were made and regrettably so for which I apologise but all my sales and bike are legitimate and will continue to be so with or without a posting on a forum.

And yes the cranks are in the post as I have messaged through eBay and a bargain they were too:-)

Many thanks

All the stuff I wrote in my posts

So you helped Hazel out by buying it off her, and are now selling it?

When this bike is actually sold and is in the possession of someone else, then I am sure everyone will eat their words. Until that time, what do you expect????

It's a shame your not coming back as you forgot to mention why this latest sale fell through leading to yet another relisting

Good of you to come out and partially clear things up. but given all the shinanigans, the copious different usernames on here and on ebay used, the complete garbage that was spun out of the sale of the bike on here (private message can be provided if necessary) Im affraid you can understand peoples views and suspicions. besides this is retrobike not ebay so anyone bringing specialist views and knowledge and advice to potential buyers seems more than appropriate.
