Isla Rowntree r.s.p titanium mtb frame/rockshox sid sl nos

I like to see frames/forks etc placed on blocks of wood or bits of cardboard, instead of just placed on the ground.
Shows the sort of care the seller takes...

Like that a lot. Unfortunately, same story as that other ex-pro RSP frame that was on eBay recently - too small.

That is lovely.

Really nice. But alas too small as you say, just like the one the other day.

Paint

There was one with the original paint for sale (not on ebay) only a fortnight ago that I looked at and it was again only £200. It had the flame type paint with Isla's name on the toptube as well. This one looks well polished so am wondering if its the same frame stripped down and priced up. The original paint was worn as uusally is the case for a well used racer but as I was seriously tempted as its my size, the paint didnt need redoing and it also had a history and made it Isla's bike. Now it just looks like the every other Ti bike.
Just my opinion.

anyone got a link to the previous one? i think that may have been a production model, like 400g heavier, different beast.
i agree the BIN seems overpriced, unless you want it for the heritage. but that steel one only went for 60 quid so i doubt theres much interest there.
just as a frame, its very light, even for ti. i think the merlin xlm is about same in the size and it doesnt get any lighter in metal. xlm goes for say 500? might be ok at the start price then. if that other one was the same, seems like a massive bargain
i reckon it will go round once with no bidders, that chainstay looks very dodgy to me
