Are we having a sweepstake? I'll go with 1978 road touring/path frame, early nineties mtb forks (why??? Like the lo-pro idea, but maybe just for the brake bosses to get a canti on there for extra power).

Can't make out bosses in the underwater photos, does it have plenty and do they look original?
