Looks little too narrow, maybe that´s for Pinnacle / Rascal.

doesn´t fit. It´s a 1" MC1 for Pinnacle.

So, what size Mission Control do I need to fit my 93 Attitude? Do I have an MC2? :?

MC2 is only -94 and newer models Adroit and Attitude frames.

You need MC1 and size is 1 1/4".
Please, correct me if I´m wrong at the size.

Adroit and Attitude use 1 1/4"
Rascal and Pinnacle use 1"

you've asked that question before and got plenty of advice. the one you bid on on ebay germany was the right one if you have a 1993 attitude with the quill type stem. 31.8mm quill diameter.
