Is this Holdsworth special or ok to hack

I think this dates to 1983, I am thinking of repainting in custom colours and adding water bottle rivnuts, it's got suntour dropouts and is marked as 531, I can't find it in the eighties catalogues so wanted to check I am not messing a desirable early frame up, I have dated it by the crank and 531 badge.

It is definitely getting a repaint as white and rust oily rag does not really do it for me. I have an oily rag 30's bike that ticks that box.

This will get Shimano 605 brifters 42mm tyres and compact gearing. I am trying to work out if drilling holes for rivnuts is a bad thing to do although most frames a few years later seem to have this done I have done it to other bikes with no ill effect?
