Found this monstrosity for sale locally and it looks quite retro and fitting on this forum. Does anyone know what it is and if it's worth anything? Cheers!

...I dunno. Looks swanky, but I can make out a plastic chainring guard, nut and bolt wheel axles
and pedals destined for the bin so far from high end.

Is it actually a CF monocoq frame, or some sort of cover over steel junk? The seat-post
clamp part and the forks indicate the later.....a MTB Itera perhaps?

Re:

The seller doesn't seem to know his bikes at all but he claims it's a fiberglass frame. Doesn't seem economical/logical to build a fiberglass monocoque - still I'm a bit tempted for the frame and wheels

yeegods that has looks even a mother would struggle with

could it be some home made fibreglass Frankenstein over a steel chassis?

how heavy?

Id be tempted to say there is a steel frame inside, can see it poking out for the seatpost

Re:

Interesting garbage. Its probably one of those thats designed to look better than it is and weighs about two tonnes. But that dont stop it from catching your eye and gaining your interest:)

Re:

Interesting stem/steerer arrangement. And those girls are just wrong, and with a cantihanger?? Wheels are certainly interesting but I'm inclined to think it's plastic over metal. Probably weighs a feck load. Might be workable though, but requires a full strip down. Need more pics of seat tube and head tube
