Is this bike any good??

So this bike is up for sale and it's piqued my interest. What do you think. Pretty low asking price.

Looks very budget to me, so without being rude, no its not great really.

if it is pocket-money price then go for it. looks low end stuff but has a look of it's own, rather whacky!

function and value over boutique, sort of thing.

Looks like it'll fold around the axis of the two small vertical tubes. Undo the seat QR, pull the seatpost out and swing the frame in half...quite cool really.

I thought they were pivots, my mind is still active, and that's not a bad attempt at a full frame folder instead of the stupid looking brompton bikes made from lead.

I didn't say it looked light, just that bromptons are made from lead and I forgot to mention scaffold poles. This bike here however looks to be made from some special light lead variant, perhaps 90% lead, 10% concrete.

I found this Peugeot for sale too, same low asking price. Opinions, please (sorry to be a pain, but my bike ignorance is abysmal and I need much help recognising a quality bike).
