looking at it, with the square seat tube, i think it is an f1. anyone know for sure.

Knowing nothing about Pace bikes - it does say F2 on the decal??? or is that just too obvious :?

Definately an F2, square seat tube and bolt on Seat clamp

F1 had a welded seat clamp

Watch for cracks around the weld at the bottom on the seat tube...
