Is this a real DeRosa?

I have not seen one like this have any of you guys? It states "competition" on the chain stay but I don't find anything similar online. The fork crown, seat stay and chain B/B are pantographed DeRosa so I would believe it was manufactured by them. The headset says DeRosa also. But I can not find that paint or the competition name anyplace. What do you guys think?

Re:

Does it have a heart cut out of the bottom bracket? I’m sure I read somewhere (prob on here somewhere to be honest) that steel de Rosa frames of this this vintage had that?

Re:

This is what I’ve found. It wasn’t much use for me. I’m trying to figure out what my bike is but I think it’s more modern than what this chart goes to.

Danny.

There were two men named De Rosa who built bicycles, the ones that are desirable were built by Ugo De Rosa. He's the guy that built frames for Eddy Merckx when he was racing.

The pictures in the first post are made by the other De Rosa. Nice frame, I'm sure, just don't pay a premium for it.
