Is this a Kona AA?

The small, neat welds look like steel to me but maybe its just the image quality

I think it's a Kona of some sort but definitely steel not aluminium. Most likely a Cinder Cone or something of that ilk.

Still for sale on e-Bay, although asking £190. The seller seems to have a little knowledge regarding the Kona AA, but doesn’t appear to be aware the bike for sale is a fake. I nearly wrote to them an suggested that they tried a magnet on its Easton Aluminium tubing :roll:

Built in 1996 at the Fairly Factory, so as has been suggested, it looks like a Cinder Cone, or Lava Dome or even a Fire Mountain.

and that price..

that's a good reason why to go for retro bikes and retro stuff.
they keep their value!

and this guy laced in brand new hubs.. for atleast 60 pounds..
now he can sell that complety bike for 60.
