Is this a genuine colnago ? If not what is it?

Just bought this dont think its a genuine colnago ? What you guys think? This is my first road bike and a dont have a great knowledge of them . The top tube columbus and head tube sticker are newish am guessing . The others stickers look pretty old and discoloured. The clovers in the lugs have been painted to by the previous owner. The underside of the bb is plain except 797 stamped on the chainring side
