Is this a Dawes Galaxy frame?

I recently bought a frame with a very nice ornamental Dawes Head badge and chrome forks. It was suggested that it is a Dawes Galaxy frame. Is anybody able to give me any guidance on this please? Looking at pictures of bikes described as Dawes Galaxy there do seem to be a variety of lug patterns - I don't know whether that reflects the actuality or whether there are frames described as Galaxy when they are not. Any assistance would be appreciated - whether a Galaxy or any other model

Doesn't look much like a touring fork - it's pretty narrow at the crown. The older Galaxies I've seen have fairly elaborate head lugs, with "horns".
