I seem to remember someoen telling me they would bond together?!?! I'm guessing they would be okay but dont want to ruin either one!!!

Also what about running a titanium headset in a titanium frame????

Cheers

Titanium against titanium will have zero galvanic corrosion, so you should be safe, but use some copper ease/anti seize to prevent galling.

Though both of my titanium frames have got a sleeve inside the frame for the seatpost anyways (one fibreglass one aluminum), depends what frame you are talking of....

correct and maybe.. .
Yes, no galvanic corrosion issues, however iti on ti is prone to galling or 'cold siezure'. A layer of something has to be used, like ti-prep or coppaslip.
Ti on ti can be a problem on soem aero fittings, especially where you can't use oil based lubes, on missiles and stuff.

I have ti seatposts in both ti frames, but as stated above they have shims or sleeves, which always come fitted in the seat tube on ti frames. I also have a ti headset on one, but as the head tube is greased prior to insertion it should be no problem. It hasn't been for me.

I just took a ti headset that was in a ti frame for the last 9yrs with no grease & it came out no problem. ti to ti inferface is mainly a problem with threads, ie requiring antiseize
