Is it fecked?

When a rear drop out gets dinged sideways they straighten pretty easy but when the hanger gets pulled back and opens up the axle slot it usually ends up with a crack across where the adjuster is.
I wouldnt attempt to straighten that without applying some heat to the drop out with a torch.

You need to check that the thread for the rear mech is still round and that the thread is good. Quite often, a dropout bent like this could ovalise the thread - pointless putting effort into fixing if the thread is gone.

If the thread is gone but the whole is round, then once upon a time you could get repair inserts where you would drill the existing thread out and place a threaded insert in from the rear of the whole to fasten the mech too.

if the thread is salvageable then use a dummy hub of the correct spacing to place in the drop out to act as a guide when you are persuading it back into shape. However, once it is back straight to the eye, you will need to check the dropout alignment and then the hanger alignment.

I use a pivot bolt from an old mech when attempting to straighten a drop-out to retain the shape of the hole and protect the thread
