Seller explicitly states he cannot verify year or model, would asking him for the frame number be conclusive?

The frame number will indicate which year the frame was made, but it won't tell us which model it is I'm afraid.

Was just gonna say that looks like the Lava Dome o'mine, I'm backing Perry up - 03 Lava Dome, this has Ritchey drop outs n'all.

i had a looksie shortly after saying that and the lava dome has rack mounts and this one doesnt certainly similar enough to be around the same age though
