ridevintagemtb BoTY Winner Kona Fan Feb 17, 2008 #2 No. But it depends on what you're trying to do. A 26" MTB tire will NOT fit on a 650c rim and vice versa. But, if you get a 650c wheel and tire with the right axle length into an mtb frame, you could adjust cantis or vees to fit the rim.
