can anyone suggest a decent pair of headphones that are compatible with oakley factory pilots and won't fall out of my big ears on the bike?!!

I tend to agree with the previous poster, but it's a personal decision. I'd suggest these:

..They're about 80-90% as good as my Etymotic HF5s at 1/20 the price. And they're one of the less isolating designs, so you do still have some idea if someone is trying to pass you in a fire engine.

Why has your bike got big ears?

It's totally fine to have your headphones on while you ride. If you've got them so loud you can't hear traffic, then you're bloody deaf anyway.
