Invictus 24"

Picked this frame up off Pinkbike to replace my DMR Rhythm, its a bit longer, lighter and made in the UK by a small custom framebuilder. Most of the parts swapped over from the DMR, but the mid-BB means I had to buy some profile cranks which are still on order. Also waiting for a conversion kit for the DT singlespeed rear hub to replace the QR with bolts.
I thought the all black look might be a bit boring but it's looking good so far. Yeah I know, the wall etc etc.

This bike will be used at the BMX track, and also at any jump trails I can get too. My own personal project all last winter has been to build a set of jumps that I can ride on my lunchtime. Still got a bit to do, it's slow work but getting there.

Where in NW are you? The trails look vaguely familiar

Digging my DMR frame out probably about 2 years ago was a revelation how good it felt compared to my 26 MTB which I'd been using. Probably more down to the long travel forks etc on my MTB but wheel size helps as well.

They shouldn't! - they're well out of the way and I'm trying to keep them quiet, had too many sets destroyed in the past.

The issue I had with mine is that because its actually a Cruiser, its got bmx spaced rear dropouts and clearance isn't that great for decent tires
