Also if someone knows the OD of the expedition fork blades, I'd love to know. Looks about 28.6mm from some pics but that's really just a wild guess.

No. I just measured my Expedition Titanium fork blades and it’s 25.5 or 25.6 mm. Around there. I don’t know about the Aluminum version though.
