The saddle was almost free (for two Sram shifter clamps), but it has a loose rail. I'll see how I fix it...
Great looking ride man! I refurbished a 2008 uzzi about a year ago. Mine rune a 1.5 degree angleset to slacken it out a bit.
What dropper are you using?
How was drilling the hole in the seattube?
I assume the fork is a 27.5 formula fork? Or were you able to find a 26er?
I need one of those dropper levers.

I drilled the hole without any complications. I don't know what else to say
It's 27.5" fork. I'm planning 27.5" wheels. Longer fork replaces your angleset, geometry is better with that. I also want to try shorter rear shock and reduce fork travel to 160mm.

Here is mine. I have since swapped to a 50 mm stem from the 70mm stem that is in the picture.

race face next r crankset, 170mm.
dhx 2 rear shock 450lb spring I am about 190ish rider weight. I have a mrp hazzard as well that has a good climb switch.
I got it during covid and of course it was cracked, so had it welded, heat treated and powder coated.
