Hi - I had the very same reason for picking one up, never even considered owning one at the time. Mind if I check a couple of things with you? How did you get to the red? Is the earlier graphic you’ve gone with using a different paint to the 2002?

I think I have a (poorly resprayed white) 2002, from serial no. research and looking at the features. There’s also the USA mark between the chainstay which I think dates it as the last USA made frames.

I’ll drop you some images. Bought years ago intending to respray, you’ve done a great job and a great thread helps me choose some bits. I picked up the DeeMax and 5th last year but it’s desperate for the right red paint
