I'm not qualified to give an unbiased opinion but I'd say that's worth fixing up. If I saw one listed locally, I'd have it.

I've give it a good looking over seems to be a solid bike it's all tight I may try and source all the original time period parts or just strip it down and bring up to date with new tech and a new paint job
