Hi everyone,
I'm going to be taking a look at this Fondriest bike later this week - and possibly treating myself to an early Christmas present. But can anyone give me some help ID'ing it? I can't find old catalogues for original spec, year, etc. A search online has uncovered this paint scheme in a few tubing varieties - I think/hope it's SLX as with these ones as it has the matching chrome lugs - http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=89613 and https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/177693/ - but without the tubing stickers on there is there any way of telling what exactly it is when I go to view it?
The bike's clearly been changed a lot over the years and looks to have some Chorus parts with a more modern (Shimano, I think) crankset and a newer and mismatched Mavic and Shimano wheels. It's really the frame that I'm interested in.
