Info about this titanium frame.

Hi all. A friend of mine has this titanium road bike. He thinks that the frame may be retro, but he knows nothing about it, only the manufacturer "Massi" and also has a sticker on the seat tube "The New". No serial number. Can anyone give me some information about this frame?. If not a classic bike sorry, I will close the post. Greetings.

Massi is a Spanish company, as far as I know they didn't make their own ti frames so it is probably something generic with their stickers on it. Just guessing here though!
