Thanks Kaiser the headlock looks like a very novel solution, will see if the SFN fixes the headset (cheers rc300 let me know if you have and how you want paying) in the first instance and will then see if I can live with the quadras and the slight movement.
I think I'll get the LBS to fit the SFN as this seems like a job for the professionals :roll:

If this set up is to bugging then I think a set of P2's and reducers will be the next move.

Get a 1.5" Star washer cut into the flaps with a hack saw that works..

Talked to the mechanic at my LBS and he wants to give an expander bolt a go, poss with a shim not sure if it will work so will keep you posted. May still need that star nut :roll:
