Retro Newbie
I am finally advertising my much loved Silver 1995 GT RTS3 which I'm told (and hopefully you can see) is an "immaculate example".
The bike has been used (pretty much exclusively) for blowing the cobwebs away on sunny days over the South Downs. I tend to keep inside in the wet weather these days and the bike has likewise allways been stored indoors.
As far as I can tell (I've owned it since Oct 1995) it is original down to toe clips and yes even tyres! The bike was originally purchased from my local specialist bike shop and I have a copy of the original invoice.
The Frame is 20.5" (52 cm).
I took the bike into my local bike shop a little while ago to investigate getting something newer (it seemed about time after 16 years). My plan was to put road tyres on my GT and use it about town - you can tell I'm not experienced in the world of retro bikes. The guys in the shop (where it had been bought originally), tell me this is sacrilege. Even the guy in the workshop came out especially to take a nostalgic bounce on the Rock Shox and warn me to "change nothing".
I'm not sure if the pictures do it justice but do let me know via PM if you need any more details or want any specific details.
Asking price is £375 collected from the Brighton area. Please let me know of any interest via a PM.
