CQP are waay different. welded not machined, much less material around the pedal thread & crank taper area.

I guess the bolt thread size will be whatever your particular b/b accepts.

As to the head size, I dunno, does the head size really matter as long as it sits easily in the recess provided by the cranks and you can comfortably get a socket on it? :?

yeh sorry, I need to be more specific. need to know the bolt head size. nicking my plumber friends socket set tonight as I've got a feeling its imperial.
