yeah, 31.8mm would mean you have a very thin walled seat tube so only 34.9mm is left. 31.6mm sounds like a Klein, then for sure 34.9mm

Its for my fisher AL-1, the Klein had to go I'm afraid, gave me a bad back.. good thing this Fishers a gate!
