IF-Custom-Single-Speed-bike

Just been looking at this. Nice bike. I like this.
Just deciding whether it was a bargain or not, and came to conclusion its priced about right. hmmm

Thats Cheap ,when you add up the value of Chris King Hubs and headset along with one of the best American Steel Frame builders in the business thats decent value in my opinion .

I always look from other way - ie to buy the parts on the bike sh to build myself, how much would it cost.
Wheels - £170?
headset - £50?
Bars - £30?
Thomson £35?
Forks £70?
Brakes £45?
Cranks etc buttons.
Leaves frame at about £400.

Also not much sizing info, usually custom geometry on IF

Nice bike 8)
Wheels and Thomson surely more than your estimates, unless you are trade or something.

I have bought and sold Thomsons for that price sh, and should be able to pick up similar wheels for that sh too.

If it was a bargain it would have gone by now

Well yeah, Gump's estimate is about right. £180 is about the lowest price I've been offered CK classic hubbed wheels though, depends on use / condition. These come with ceramic rims so maybe a little more for them? There's also the King cog with the possibility of another couple (?) and the other Thomson that was missed off the list. Incidentals (bb/chain/cables) = another few quid.

Gump, did you include the IF forks in your price up or just the White bros?

I think it's about on the money, there or thereabouts, pity I'd need a medium.

I'd Buy it

If i didnt have a SS already i'd buy it. Think its a cracking looking bike and as we all know you cant fault IF
