Identifying Orange Clockwork

Hi,
I’ve been offered this Clockwork for sale but the decals look a bit off to me (not seen any with the same font). I think it’s been repainted as there’s no original Tange decal and one from Argos cycles on the bottom of the seat tube.

any ideas? Buy or steer clear??

It's a 89/90 and has certainly been repainted although they have tried to recreate the original decals. As you say, they don't look quite right which is why I don't re-paint frames these days.
