I am looking to restore my dads bike - I believe its a 1960s bike. It was restored/updated in the 1990s. I can remember it had campagnolo gears (think was gran sport) as i can remember the smooth jockey wheels and recognise it. On a Facebook forum i have asked about the make as i can not find the makers badge anywhere - a reply was
I have a small collection of head badges including one of these, The Service. I think it came from the Wearwell Cycles factory at Alverley where my father worked for a while.
Can anyone lese confirm this please and ideally let me know colour it should be and spec??
