Identify this fork?

Can someone help me identify this fork? It is claimed it to be Ti. It is threadless if that helps.

That's what i wanted to know when i saw the Merlin for sale

hard to tell in a photo. it looks like it might well be Ti. Ti, even polished is not as harsh a reflection as chrome and not as richly golden hued as nickel plate.

That said the section round the crown looks distinctly like a chromed or polished and laquered steel frame.

As to make - it looks like none of the ti fork makers I can think of.
