Identify bar ends and skewers?

These came of a 91 cannondale, does anyone know what brand these are?
The skewers look like ringle but are different, not milled out at the back and these are less refined.

Skewers - they were mass produced, made to look like Ringle but available in bike shops fairly cheaply. No brand as such, repackaged by many.

Bar ends are the same, Onza copies (but with enough difference to not breach any copyrights)

Bar ends could be Answer. I don´t recall any other company w/ the same tightening set up.

Hi all thanks for the info, forgot to mention that this bike was build in 91 by someone who also raced the dutch championship and other races.
Bike was build with only high end components (cook, grafton, syncros) and had never been upgraded or rebuild.
So i think that these skewers are not mass production stuf.
Could it be that these are footwork? The brake booster on it was also footwork.

A few compainies made internal clamp bar ends. Syncros above is a good shout, also Control Tech made them but im not sure if they made any with a curve design.
