Identify Aluminum Frame

Anyone got an idea of what this might be? Haven't found a frame number yet.

I think i have seen that one already somewhere. To me this doesn't look cheap.

Especially the upper Monostay with Yoke looks really nice.
Therefore I'm still hoping that someone here could provide a name or brand.

There are several of these on the forum if you search through old threads. I've not bothered keeping track of them so far, as without a frame number there's no way of identifying individual frames. I'm fairly sure that a friend of mine had one brand new when they were first available. He worked in the trade at the time, Streetlife Cycles in Norwich, around 1999/2000. His was sold unbranded, wish I'd asked who the importer was. I doubt he'll remember now!

Raleigh did a frame like this iirc. Coyote ultralight looks similar but I don't think it is one.

Most I've seen don't have the square profile monostay. Looks nice though. Something a bit different.
