What are the below Canti brakes please?

They have DC 980 stamped which made me assume Dia Compe but nothing on Google in this style.

Ah cool. I’ll take a closer look at them shortly.

In terms of rarity that’s true as none sold on eBay and I’ve no idea what they worth. It’s only one pair not a full bike set

There was recently an offer in US
This nice store of vintage bike parts had a full set if I'm remembering right for something like 60 or 80USD.

I got as set recently...they do come up occasionally, didn't pay too much for mine but they will need a complete strip down and polish
 
Damn, some silver ones of them would be perfect for my Aende., It will literally never be built, because by the time I track down one component there's two more that need changing.
