ID frame please

Landed this frame yesterday. It's had a generic respray so strggling to ID correctly. No markings or numbers visible. It is very light and it has Campag dropouts front and rear. I live in France so could be one of many things. Looking at the lugs and cable stops it does slightly resemble a Raleigh. Love to get your input.

It's probably a 70's build with the gear cable routing over the BB. Pretty standard set of lugs which aren't filed very much. Rear dropouts not filed and finished very well. A competent but not necessarily top-notch build. Did you buy it in France? If so, does it have a French or British threaded BB? How about steerer diameter?

Yes, sorry, should have said. Bought in France and does have French BB & HS sizing. You're right, construction isn't of the highest quality. Just wondering what to do with it.
