I don't know exactly what they are worth right now. A few days ago a '95/'96 Mojo sold for about 850GBP. I think that's quit a lot for a Mojo frame only... Normally I would say about 500GBP if it's in good condition, I think. Not the one you pointed out...
On the other hand, the hand job ones are becoming more wanted.

But about the one your link is refering to:
Don't go for a newer one. I have a '95 Mojo and a '01 Mojo. The old one is 200gr lighter than the new one and the craftsmanship in the details are nicer. And more important: The old one feels more lively than the newer.
I don't know right now, but somewhere in time they changed the tube set from Tangé Prestige to Dedaciai Something.. I prefer the older tube set that also goes with the no-s-bend stays, since S-bend is of no use to build a better bike and only makes it more heavy.

Just watch the internet every once and a while and don't buy instantly when it's not completely what you want, is my advice. They pop up regularly. Not to much, but a few in a year.
The other advice: You might have read it already, but go for a Tangé Prestige one, preferably from around '95 with a hand job and Breez-in drop outs.
Yet an other advice: Don't go for a frame that's to small. Ibis didn't make their frames real long (top tube). For me a M-size works fine and I'm about 6 foot tall.

Hope you find what you're looking for..

Oh, before you ask: mine are not for sale
