Ibis BowTi Vintage Classic Titanium Mountain Bike

Mines really nice. Ugly? It's in the eye of the beholder and I think they are gorgeous. But horses for courses. Anyway... I think that ones too much wonga even for a bowTi ! Still .. Nice and people who buy bikes like this aren't usually too worried about price, they usually want one!

I agree beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder, no offence meant, and I think the BowTi has a whole lot of charisma and personality, which goes a long way. :D

How btw does your BowTi ride?

Whether you consider it ugly or not, respect is due to a full suspension frame design offering 5" of travel with no pivot

5" of travel? Not bad for a pivotless design :o

local pick up only

plus I wonder how long it would last?? you can only bend metal so many times before it breaks right?

That's right. And you can bend titanium one hell of a lot. Plus the tube profiles are designed for it to flex in a given way. If you see one up close they really are beautiful.

Well if my Lotto account is holding the result of getting 6 numbers (or 5 and a bonus ball) I'm going in with some offers on that stunning creation. . .

Or a different Bow Ti... want one.. wanted one since I saw the pic in a mag something like 15 years ago.. . .
