I think I'm going to Vom.

Anyone remember "The Rat" built by Jeremy Torr with a 26" front and 20" rear? It was partly in answer to the Overburys Pioneer, so 25 years ago ish?

I had a cannondale years ago that had a 24" rear wheel and it never looked like a clown bike. I really don't get these 29er or singlespeed
bikes at all give me old metal anytime!

I sort of get the singlespeed thing.. and ultimately, as has been said, if the ride is good (which is wholly subjective) where's the harm?...

Looks a bit too far left of center for me though.....

You could say this is a Liberal Dem bike. As it sits on the fence. with one wheel in the one camp and one wheel in the other. trying to please every one. And failing

wow steady on tigers......dales did a 69er in 86 and whilst I agree that they tend not to look balanced I have heard some positive comments about this set up and is it not about the ride as someone said on stw? I will let you know when my on 69 dale is finished

it was a 26/24 set up, a 46'er if you use the trek 69.er analogy, personally I think it is a design for short arses (like me).
