For a giggle i decided to put a set of mary bars on the mystery machine my mate stu and me looked at it i said lets try em the other way after swapping them round we both tried and and by good it works well it really does ride well

so what do you think?

Tange Prestige frame?

I picked up a NOS one Ebay last year that looks identical, same stays and cable stops. Consulting the experts didn't help identify but consensus on Retrobike was that it was a Stout Light.

I did this and agree they look great. The problem I had was I could not get any leverage to pull the front wheel up which is one of the real advantages of having the mary bars in the first place.
