i had a late night with her indoors the night before (do this do that ) then had to get up at FIVE am to be at the race for half six i was feeling ruff any way that day

i've learnt to cap-nat. can sleep at any given moment, which is ideal now that I work for myself!
reduced sleep is 1 thing, broken sleeps the worst (sorry to any potential fathers to be reading this!)
