I found my unicorn - Arrow DSS-3

I've removed the cranks and BB. This revealed that bolting the chain device to the pivot has caused it to wear away the BB shell. I'm wondering what my options are to fix the problem.

I did get a set of wheels with Hope Bulbs laced to Mavic 729 rims which I can fit temporarily. I'm on the look out for some decent 24" wheels, preferably with Hope Bulb or Pro2 hubs.

I also have it a polish with some T Cut to remove some of the minor scratches and staining.

Gusset Trident 113mm ISIS BB arrived and the Race Face cranks test fitted. The chain line looks good. Still need to get the BB faced and a chain guide before final fitting.

Made some progress on the Arrow.

Had the BB chased and faced so the chain device could fit nicely. Found an MRP G4 mini that suits the bike, but fitting it would be harder than expected. This was because the welds on the chainstay, which sit lower than the BB, would foul the back plate. To rectify I filed a bevel on the back so that you wouldn't notice it. The chain device now sits in a better position and the chainline is a lot better now with the narrower BB. I also prefer the look of the RaceFace cranks over the L&Ms.

I don't like the gears, it's a 9 speed mech but with 8 speed shifter and cassette. It shifts OK but the action is very stiff. I'm going make it full 9 speed.

Other than that I need to find a set of 24" wheels.
