I fixed cantilevers Forever. Trek 830

We need to increase the pull from 2x20 (assumed - the double lever is advertised as being for cantilever, and the OP is applying it that way) to a single 40mm v- brake pull to satisfy @Imlach 's "fixing cantilevers for ever"
Op already has double cable pull lever, and the bmx splitter used as a coupler would pull the same length in and out.
I think we might need a 3d printed leverage device?

2 in to 1 then a travel agent?

Isn't the travel agent supposed to be long to short pull?
I don't know, I never liked rim brakes. :)

fairly sure it was for V brakes, so it being long to short pull would be a bit weird. the picture about would pull on the shorter radius pulley making it short movement to long movement.

Travel agent increases the cable pull from canti- brake levers to v-brake arms.
This was popular because a lot of high end bikes in 95 had rapidfire plus sti - the brake levers were integral to the gears, soto upgrade to vs was a days wages to pay for separate gear pods.

Plus, you can use the beautifully crafted forged levers from the era of cantilevers, instead of nasty cheapo stamped out v brake era levers.
