Okay first lets get this out of the way.......

Yes I do have mental health issues.

Yes I am on the right medication.

As I walked home just now from my Mum's 3/4 of a mile approximately, I noticed a chap in a car driving down the road with the inside of the car obviously illuminated by the mobile phone he was texting on. On my way home with no other pedestrians in sight, but plenty of cars driving by, I pondered this question................

If I was walking down this road with my (junk) obviously exposed how many car drivers would break the law by calling the police on their mobile phones :?: :?: :?:

Thoughts please  :D

Re:

i guess that depends how many were driving by whilst looking through extra-powerful binoculars.....

:xmas-big-grin:

If the Gorleston on sea walnut appreciation society were driving home from a club meeting, then quite a few.

Re:

I'd be concentrating too much on the road ahead to see a frog. But if I did, I'd just think it would be common practice for his knackers to be hanging out.

Re:

I suspect very few, unless you were doing something untoward or in a particularly inappropriate area(e.g. by a school).
I saw in San Francisco last year, in broad daylight, a chap wandering along wearing nothing but a backpack and strategically positioned sock.
Nobody seemed to be taking the least bit of notice!
