I am having February off the booze as I'm starting a new job and want to be on top form, also need to ride more. However I seem to be giving myself an incentive by feeling rough today due to an excess last night. Bloody booze!

A day working on a building site on Friday, then three pints of Guinness in the pub to get warm. Then off home to bed. This morning I felt great.
I had six pints of bitter the Friday before, made a tit of myself and the next morning felt like death on a stick.
I'm sure there's a connection here....

I felt dodgy this morning. Strange one as I'min Germany at the mo and never usualy get hangovers when I'm here :?
A good fry-up and a 15 mile ride in a snowy forest sorted me out
